    Revive Fashion Week is now accepting applications for a Remote Personal Assistant / Event Production Intern for our Spring/Summer 2026 campaign, culminating in our signature New York Fashion Week event this September. This is a highly involved, high-growth internship designed for a self-starter who’s eager to learn and excited to contribute meaningfully to the behind-the-scenes magic of fashion week.

    This role will work directly under the Founder & Executive Producer, providing hands-on support in administrative operations, creative planning, team management, and event execution. You’ll be trusted with real responsibilities that impact the overall success of the show, and gain invaluable insight into the operations of a fashion production company at the forefront of independent fashion culture.

    📝 Your Core Responsibilities

    In this hybrid internship, your role will evolve throughout the campaign:

    • Pre-Show (Remote):
      • Act as a right hand to the Founder: managing calendars, prioritizing tasks, and ensuring internal operations run smoothly
      • Help manage communication, organization, and accountability across the NYFW intern team
    • Fashion Week (In-Person | September 9–13):
      • Serve as an on-site assistant to the Founder during NYFW production week
      • Support backstage operations, designer and model check-ins, and show-day coordination
      • Liaise with internal teams and troubleshoot any last-minute needs
      • Maintain a calm, proactive presence to keep all moving parts on track

    👤 Who You Are

    • You live in New York City and are available in person from September 9–13 without exception
    • You have experience working remotely with strong communication and time management skills
    • You’re a natural leader and team player who thrives in dynamic, fast-paced environments
    • You are highly organized and efficient, with the ability to juggle multiple priorities at once
    • You’re enthusiastic, solution-oriented, and don’t wait to be told what to do — you anticipate needs
    • You’re passionate about fashion, events, creative production, or building a career in this space
    • You’re comfortable using tools like Google Drive, Canva, Squarespace, and project management platforms

    🕒 Internship Details

    • Internship Duration: Start ASAP through mid-September 2025
    • Weekly Hours: Approximately 15-20 hours per week (remote), with increased hours closer to the event
    • Must be fully available and on-site during NYFW: September 9–13
    • This is an experiential learning internship ideal for students or emerging professionals seeking hands-on exposure to fashion production and creative operations
    • Letters of recommendation, professional references, and portfolio credit will be provided upon successful completion
