MEPN Summer Leave of Absence Petition

MEPN Students are required to maintain continuous enrollment to maintain their position in the program. The College of Nursing defines continuous enrollment to include fall, spring, and summer terms over the course of the program, which is an exception to the policy set by the Graduate College (requiring continuous fall-spring enrollment only). Therefore, for summer terms, students may petition for a Leave of Absence from the summer term through this form. Approval of a summer Leave of Absence is not guaranteed. Please see the MEPN program handbook with special note to continuous enrollment, Leave of Absence, and procedures to request to return to the program following a leave.
