Attendance Policy

● Absences: If a learner is absent from a scheduled live class, he/she will still be charged for the session and will not be offered a makeup class. If an instructor is absent from a scheduled live class, the class credit will be returned to the student's account to be reused before credit expires.

● Cancellation: A learner can request to cancel/reschedule a class up to 24 hours before the start time with no penalties or additional cost only once per bundle. Should the learner ask to cancel the class within 24 hours of the start time, it will be counted as an absence against him/her. A session will be automatically canceled if a student does not attend within 15 minutes of the starting time and without previous notice of absence.

● Tardiness: If a learner arrives at class after the start time, the session will still end at the assigned time, and the instructor is not required to make up the missed time. If an instructor is late, he/she must make up the missed time in agreement with the learner (e.g., the session time can be extended, or the missed time can be added to another scheduled class).

● Refunds: All credits must be used before the bundle expiration time. ReDefiners does not refund any credit, used or unused. If a student requests a refund, they will receive an answer between 3 to 5 days business days.
