APPLICATION
• The Event Manager reserves the right to accept or decline any application.
• The Event Manager reserves the right to remove objectionable material / unsafe equipment from stands.
• As a free event to stallholders and the public, the Event Manager is covering costs that would otherwise be passed on to the stallholder. However, a Cancellation Policy is in place:

SECURITY
• Stallholders must have access to their credentials at all times, including during set-up and breakdown.
• The Hall will be securely locked at the end of the setup and after shut down at the end of event.
HEALTH & SAFETY
• Any stallholders performing an interactive activity using equipment must inform the Event Manager prior to set up.
• All electrical leads or appliances used must have the appropriate certification to show they have been inspected and tested for safety according to intervals set out in the AS/NZS3760 Standard.
• No children under 15 years of age are allowed on site during the set-up and breakdown.
• All stallholders are required to comply with the requirements of Health & Safety in Employment Act 1992 and its amendments and the guidelines set down by the Event Manager prior to the Event.
• All Stallholders must undertake the required Health and Safety induction to receive appropriate access to the Event site, including any Temporary Stallholders/Staff, volunteers.
• All Stallholders, Staff, Volunteers and Event Contractors must follow the Health and Safety Guidelines.
INSURANCE
• The Events Network Trust maintains its own Public Liability Insurance for use of the venue. Any insurance cover for loss or damage to stallholders’ goods or property on site is the full responsibility of the stallholder.
• The stallholder will be required to replace, repair, or otherwise assume all expense for any defacement or injury of or on the Premises caused by their stall or organisations’ representatives (including volunteers).
GENERAL OPERATION
• Stallholders will be provided with a trestle table and 2 chairs as a part of their registration. Stallholders may begin setting up from 3pm on Friday 14th June with the Hall open until 7pm for Pack In. The hall will open to stallholders/suppliers only at 8am with the expectation that all stands will be completed and stallholders present by 8.50am on event day for the official welcome and final briefing commencing at 9.00am. The doors will open to the public at 10am and close at 2pm on 15th June.
• Stallholders required to advise Event Manager of any special requests/requirements at time of confirmation of their registration. Event Manager cannot guarantee additional requests will be allowed/secured.
• Stallholders must park vehicles at Short Street Car Park to the west of building during public hours of the event.
• Stallholders will not dismantle their stall until the doors close to the public.
• Stallholders are not allowed to fundraise at their stall, including raffles, auctions and similar activities without specific prior permission & co-ordination with the Event Manager.
• There is no cooking inside the Hall and no sale of food/beverages for immediate consumption by stallholders.
• Any Food and Drink for sale must be approved by the Event Manager and hold a Current Registration Certificate issued by a Local Authority in compliance with the Food Hygiene Regulations 1974. An inspection by local Council may be made prior to the Event. If inspection has not occurred prior to the Event, the provider may be subject to on-site inspection and, if remedial work is required, the operator concerned could be prohibited from further involvement in the Event until such time as a satisfactory inspection can be undertaken. If a current Food Licence is not displayed and a copy provided to the Event Manager prior to the start of the Event, the operator concerned will be prohibited from the Event.
• Stallholders are responsible for their own rubbish and rubbish that may be produced by visitors to their stand. Stallholder must take away any and all rubbish with them at the end of the event as part of their teardown responsibility.
• Pedestrian areas must be kept free and clear for pedestrian use only.
