Grizzly Band Photo and Video Consent
By signing up for the Grizzly Band, you acknowledge and consent to the possibility that photos and videos of your student may be taken during rehearsals, performances, and band-related events. These photos and videos may be used by the Glacier Peak High School Band Booster Club on social media platforms. This consent form does not include or pertain to those photos taken by parents, the school district, the school, other clubs, etc.

This consent does has no relationship with, nor does it supercede the Snohomish School District Photos & Social Media Guidelines.

Grizzly Band Fee: $190.00 / $240.00 / $290.00
The 2024-2025 Grizzly Band fee is $200 for the first student, $250 for two siblings, $300 for three or more siblings. A separate online form is required for each student. In order to receive the correct discount, please select the appropriate options below.
