Sign in hours are, Monday thru Friday from 8:00 A.M. until 4:30 P.M.

Original sign must be in person.

Resign shall be required monthly and must be no earlier than the 10th and no later than the 16th of each month.

Resign may be done by completing this form, in person or by fax to (573) 659-8460.

When re-signing by form, email, or fax your resign must be received before 12:00 midnight on the 16th of each month.

If re-signing by mail, postcard must be postmarked between the 10th and 16th.

All resigns must contain Name, Address, Home Local Number and IBEW Card Number.
