CAMP INFORMATION:
Camp hours are Monday through Friday 9am to 1pm. Cost per week $550. Referrals (including siblings) earn $50 credit towards your camp fees. Campers of all levels are welcome.
INCLEMENT WEATHER:
Extreme heat and fires can have an impact on our summer camp hours and activities. If the heat index (temperature + humidity) reaches 130-150 or the AQI reaches 100-150 we will monitor conditions closely and may adjust activities or camp hours for the safety of all humans and horses.

Billing contact:
We use Quickbooks Online to email invoices for payment. A non-refundable deposit of $250 per camper will be required at the time of registration in order to hold your camper's spot. The remaining balance will be billed 1 week prior to the camp start date. Any invoice that remains unpaid by the start of camp will incur a $50 late fee.

In consideration of the minor child being permitted to participate in the Activity, I accept and agree to the full contents of this agreement. I certify that I have the authority to sign on behalf of the minor child and to make decisions for the minor child regarding this Activity. I also agree to RELEASE,HOLD HARMLESS, INDEMNIFY AND DEFEND the Released Parties (defined in Section 3)from all liabilities and claims that arise in any way from any injury, death, loss or harm that occurs to the minor child during the Activity or in any way related to the Activity.
