Thank you for your interest in using our services for your event. In order to provide you with the most satisfactory experience with Sigbees, we would like to keep you well informed of our Terms and Conditions.

Please note the following details of our Business Practices, Terms & Conditions:

We require a minimum of 5 participants per activity (should you choose to move forward with less than 5 participants, you will be charged the equivalent of the minimum for your event).
WARNING: Food-related mediums such as painting on cupcakes, cookies etc. may not suitable for those with food allergies and dietary restrictions.
A minimum deposit of 50% of the total charge for your event activities will be required to secure your booking upon confirming details and our availability for your event. The deposit must be paid in full within 24 hours of receiving the invoice. Accepted forms of payment include: Cash, Check, Online/Mobile Payments (Zelle, Cashapp, Paypal), and Debit/Credit Card. In the case that your payment does not process successfully, you risk losing your booking, and we will attempt to contact you with an updated status of availability, new booking and invoice to process payment.
Services Cancellation & Refund Policy: Should Sigbees no longer be available to perform services for your event, we will notify you immediately. No action is required to obtain a full refund of the deposit. It will be processed to the original method of payment at the time of notification of cancellation. Please allow 7-21 days to process.

Customer Cancellation & Refund Policy:You may request to cancel your service for a full refund, up to 7 days before the date and time of the event. Cancellations less than 7 days before the event may be rescheduled to a different date/time unless it is being cancelled within 24 hours of the class date/time in which case you forfeit your refund and may not reschedule. When you schedule your event, you agree to these terms.

A valid email address is required to send event details, confirmations, payment receipts, updates, and other notices as formal means of communication.
