Merchant Vendor Application Form
Booth fees are $150 for a 10x10 space. All vendors will be placed on the ballfield. First come, first set up. You will have to bring your own pop-up tent and chairs. Each vendor is allowed 1 helper that will get in free. All vendor booth fee payments must be made by September 1, 2025. You can set up on Saturday, September 20th between 8 am to 3 pm, or on day of the event, but you must be set up by 9 am Sunday, September 21, 2025. Tear down will be at the end of the event.
