Policies:
Liability: Any allergies and/or skin conditions should be reported by clients to the makeup artist prior to application and, if need be, a sample test of the product can be requested from the clients to perform on the skin to test reaction. Clients agree to release Creationglam studio from liability for any skin complications due to allergic reactions.
Payment Method: I accept Cash, Venmo, and Zelle. Payment is due at the time of service.
Deposit Required: A $50 deposit, which is non-refundable, must be submitted through Zelle or Venmo to secure a booking for Makeup and Hairstyle services. A $20 (non-refundable) deposit is required for all other services valued at $50 or over. Any Bridal Makeup & Hair bookings require a 50% deposit.
Travel Fee: The first 20 miles are free and after I will charge $1/per mile. (Include round trip)
Parking: if parking is unavailable near the entrance hotel, Valet parking will be billed to the client's room.
Additional Requirement: Hair needs to be washed, fully dried, and ready to style to avoid an additional charge of $30 for a Blowout. Arrive with skin-free of makeup for makeup service.
Cancellation: Please notify me at least 24 hours before the appointment and the deposit will be non-refundable.
Late fee: After the initial 5-minute grace period, a fee of $1 per minute will be incurred for any delay beyond that time. If the client exceeds a 20-minute wait period, I reserve the right to decline service, and the initial deposit will be retained as non-refundable.
