Registration Grants via Malice Angels:

The Malice Angels program was set up to offer Malice registrations including hotel stays for those who might not otherwise be able to attend due to financial considerations.

The Malice Angels program is funded by generous donations from the Malice community and the royalties earned from the sale of the Malice Domestic Anthologies.

If you or someone you know would like to attend Malice and would benefit from the Malice Angels registration grant program, please contact us at Malice Angels to nominate that individual.

Malice's Cancellation Policy:

All cancellations are subject to non-refundable $50 fee. Instead of canceling, you may roll your registration forward to the following year with no cancelation fee applied.

No refunds will be processed after 3/15/2025.

Cancellations must be in writing via e-mail. Registrants who cancel become Friends of Malice, and are still eligible to nominate for the Agatha Awards.

Minor's Policy:

All minor attendees must be accompanied by a registered parent / guardian.

Audio/Photo Release:

By completing your registration for Malice Domestic, you agree to be photographed and recorded and grant us permission to use your image, likeness or recorded voice in our printed or online materials.

Release & Waiver:

You hereby release, waive, and forever discharge any and all liability, claims, and demands of whatever kind or nature against the Malice Domestic Ltd. and its affiliates and sponsors, including in each case, without limitation, their directors, officers, employees, volunteers, contractors, vendors, subcontractors, and agents (the “released parties”), either in law or in equity, to the fullest extent permissible by law, including but not limited to damages or losses caused by the negligence, fault, or conduct of any kind on the part of the released parties, including but not limited to death, bodily injury, illness, economic loss, or out-of-pocket expenses, or loss or damage to property, which you, your heirs, assignees, next of kin, and/or legally appointed or designated representatives may have or which may hereinafter accrue on your behalf, which arise or may hereafter arise from your registration for and attendance at the event.

As a registrant and participant of the Event, you recognize that your registration, participation, and/or attendance at the Event is voluntary and may result in personal injury (including death) and/or property damage. By registering for and attending or participating in the Event, you acknowledge and assume all risks and dangers associated with your registration, participation, and/or attendance at the Event, and you agree that: (a) Malice Domestic Ltd. (b) the property or site owner of the Event, and (c) all Released Parties will not be responsible for any personal injury (including death), property damage, or other loss suffered as a result of your participation in and attendance at the Event, regardless if any such injuries or losses are caused by the negligence of any of the Released Parties (collectively, the “Released Claims”). BY REGISTERING FOR, ATTENDING, AND PARTICIPATING IN THE EVENT, YOU ARE DEEMED TO HAVE AGREED TO ENTIRELY AND WHOLLY RELEASE THE RELEASED PARTIES FROM ANY LIABILITY TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.
