Our boarding fees are as follows: $35/day for a single dog. For multiple dogs in a shared room/space, it's an additional $20/day per dog. Guardian families receive a discount rate of $10/day as a "thank you" for being a part of the Hilltop family. All fees must be paid upon dropoff.

Waiver & Consent

1. I do hereby entrust Hilltop Doodles and Poodles to care for my dog during any and all boarding appointments.

2. I understand that Hilltop Doodles and Poodles requires proof of current vaccines from a licensed Veterinarian. I confirm my pet has completed his or her current vaccinations.

3. I assure Hilltop Doodles and Poodles that this pet is currently in good health condition.

4. I acknowledge that the pet will have a collar.

5. I confirm that my pet does NOT have any flea or communicable diseases. I am aware thay if my pet is found to have fleas or ticks that Hilltop Doodles and Poodles will treat said pet as they deem necessary. I also understand that there will be an extra charge for such treatments.

6. I release Hilltop Doodles and Poodles, owners and employees from any liabilities not limited to injury, sickness, damage, accident, or death while on our property.

7. I am aware that Hilltop Doodles and Poodles or the owners does not assume any liability for any illness, death or escape of my pet.

8. I am aware that if my pet becomes ill or needs any medical attention during their stay at Hilltop Doodles and Poodles, staff will call my vet on record first. If vet is unavailable, then I authorize Hilltop Doodles and Poodles to seek other veterinary care. I assume all veterinary charges that occur.

9. I understand damages to property, injury to persons, and injury to other animals caused by my pet is my sole responsibility at any time.

10. I agree to pay the said rate per day for the boarding of my pet beginning with the date on this agreement and further agree to pay all cost and charges for special services and for any and all veterinary costs.

11. I give Hilltop Doodles and Poodles permission to post photos of my pet on social media.

12. I confirmed that all information I entered on this form is true and accurate.
