Terms and Fee Schedule
Terms & Conditions for Use
1. Equipment is available to
  
  LAA members
  Educational institutions
  Affiliated/local non-profit art organizations
  Members of an affiliate art association participating in a public art event.
2. Equipment is to be used only at art-related events.
3. Usual rental period is 4 days. Longer rentals require prior approval by the LAA Property chair or the LAA Board President and may be considered as two periods.
4. Renter is responsible for pickup and return of equipment. Sufficient people-power must be supplied.
5. Equipment must be returned in the same condition as supplied, except for normal wear and tear. The use of tape (of any kind) to hold unframed artwork is expressly forbidden. Unframed art should be held using binder clips.
6. The cost of replacement, and any repairs for damaged equipment is the sole responsibility of the renter. Determination will be made by the Property Manager.
Fees

LAA Members:
- Use of one (1) to nine (9) flats is $35.00.
- The charge for each additional flat is $4.00.
Non LAA Members (Artists)
- Use of one (1) to nine (9) flats is $45.00.
  The charge for each additional flat is $5.00.
Educational institutions and non-profit art organizations
- as agreed upon
Damage Deposit
- A check in the amount of $200 is required as a damage deposit. This will be returned (or destroyed) once the equipment has been returned undamaged.
Schedule of costs for items lost or damaged:
- Display panel $170.00 ea
- Leg Base (2 or 3 hole) $35 ea
- Cinch Clips $1.50 ea

Rental is based upon availability. LAA's Property Manager will contact you to confirm your reservation. Submitting your reservation does not guarantee approval/confirmation.

You will be sent a copy of your application by email. Print it out and bring it along with your two checks: one for the rental fee and one for the $200 damage deposit.

The check for the damage deposit will be returned or destroyed once the equipment has been returned undamaged.

Make sure you read the Terms and Fee Schedule at the top of this form.
