    Important Announcement

    For NEW Students ONLY

    新生报名

    • Starting from 08:46 PM 05/02/2024, all newly enrolled NEW students will be placed on the waiting list. You won't need to pay the $80 registration fee until we confirm your spot
    • We will send another round of emails to new students' families ASAP (before school starts) to confirm your spot.
    • NEW TK students are strongly recommended to join the EXCEL TK program, then join Mandarin session 2, 4:00 to 5:00.
    • We will also contact incoming students proficient in Chinese. If these students are eligible for higher-level classes, it will free up more spots for Level 1 students without prior knowledge
    • Please let us know your NEW student's Mandarin proficiency level in the form, for example, 【no background at all】, or 【two years in Pre-School/Hua Da/ Nam Kue】, etc.
    • New students without any Mandarin learning background will be placed in Level 1. Most are TK / Kindergarten kids.

    • 5月2日8:46PM以后报名的新学生，将暂时放到【后补名单】中。我们会按照先到先得的顺序来录取。等收到学位确认邮件后，家长再支付$80的注册费。
    • 我们会尽快给新生家庭发另一轮邮件(开学之前)，以确认是否有学位。
    • 强烈建议新TK学生加入EXCEL的TK项目，然后参加4:00到5:00的第二节中文课。
    • 我们会和有中文基础的新生联系。如果新生可以去更高的班级，则会空出更多学位给零基础的Level 1。
    • 填表时请详细说明新生的中文水平，例如：从未学过，或者在幼儿园/华大/南桥学过两年，等等

    • After 05/15/2024, we will no longer reserve spots for current students and siblings. If you decide not to continue learning Chinese next year, please let us know.

    【Mandarin Class Session 2, 4:00 to 5:00 pm】第二节中文课
    $270/month for KEEP & EXCEL program students.
    $320/month for other students.
     

    【Extension, 4:00 to 5:00 pm 】延伸活动 
    Including outdoor recess, indoor homework time, Chinese reading time, handcrafting, Movie, etc 包括户外活动，室内写作业、读书、手工、电影等
    $150/month, $60/week or $25/hour for drop-in.

                                1、注册费用不可退还。

                                2、报名后会自动收到学费单邮件。超过截止日期付学费，会收取$25/周的滞纳金。按月付学费需要在每月第一个工作日付清。我们会单独联系家长设置每月付款提醒。

                                3、学生因故不能参与上课，学费将不退还，除非因老师个人或学校安排等原因无法提供课程。

                                4、如果中途退出，将不再享有$50off的优惠。将按照学费标准计算实际应交学费，然后从已交学费中减去，余额即为退还金额。 

                                5、学生在规定的放学时间后的5分钟宽限期内没有被接走，家长会被收取$1/分钟的迟接费。

                                6、子女若有任何个人的受伤和个人财物受损时，本人将不对 All Stars Mandarin Center 辰星中文和 RLStevenson Elementary School 行使追究权。

                                  

                                1. The registration fee is non-refundable.

                                2. After registration, you will automatically receive an email with the tuition invoice. The late payment fee will be charged at the rate of $25/week. The monthly payment is due on the first workday of each month. We will reach out to parents separately to set up monthly payment reminders.

                                3. Unless the class is canceled because of the teacher's personal reason or school arrangement, the tuition will NOT be refunded if students miss the class.

                                4. If you withdraw halfway, you will no longer be eligible for the $50 discount. We calculate the actual tuition owed based on the tuition fee rate. Then, we'll subtract it from the fees already paid, and the remaining balance will be refunded.

                                5. If students are not picked up within the 5-minute grace period following our regular dismissal time, parents will be charged $1 per minute, until the child is picked up.

                                6. I will not hold the ASMC辰星中文 and R.L.Stevenson Elementary School liable for any personal injury or property damage, which may occur on the premise of the school.

I agree that my child’s name and identity: may be revealed in descriptive text or commentary in connection with the image(s). I authorize the use of these images without compensation to me. All negatives, prints, digital reproductions and shall be the property of ASMC 辰星中文.
