Integrity New Homes Byron Bay: Referral Promotional Terms and Conditions
Information on how to register a referral and be awarded a referral fee or “prize” form part of these
Conditions to qualify.
Entry into this promotion deems acceptance of these Conditions of Entry.
Entry is open to all persons who refer another person to Integrity New Homes Byron Bay. You may
refer yourself or another person.
To qualify for this reward, the referred must spend $250 000 or more on a new build or Renovation
or extension. There is no limit on the number of referrals one person can submit. Prize rewards
listed are incentives only for values on offer and remain subject to availability and price
fluctuations.
Referrers who qualify for the Reward will be contacted by INH Byron Bay to notify them when the
Reward is available for collection. This will be agreed upon after signing of the referral.
The reward will be redeemed as cash deposit in two payment, at time of slab down and frame
standing claim stages.
In the event of multiple people referring the same referred person, only one referrer will be
awarded the referral fee. The single referral fee will be decided based on the service policy
whereby the referral entries are attended to in the order that they arrived, without other biases or
preferences. Essentially a first in basis.
In the event of a dispute or need for clarification, the Promoter’s decision is final and no
correspondence will be entered into.
Entry into the referral process deems consent to use referrers names and photographs for any
promotional marketing purposes, including publishing names on Integrity New homes Website,
Facebook and Instagram. Photographs to be supplied by referral participants.
Referral fees and “prizes” are incentives only for the value on offer
