TREEHOUSE UNIVERSAL PRE-KINDERGARTEN (TUPK) PROGRAM

ATTENTION: PARENTS OF FOUR YEAR OLD CHILDREN

Pelham residents who have a child who will be four years of age on or before December 1, 2024 may apply for their child's admission to TUPK for the 2024-2025 school year.

The program is a free half-day program, from 8:30 a.m. -12:00 p.m. located at Anna & Jack's Treehouse.

The program has limited space and participants will be selected by lottery. A waiting list will be establish to fill any vacancies that may arise

If you are interested, kindly review the below FAQ, that should answer all your questions, and then please fill out the application below.

This application must be received by 3:00pm on May 10th, 2024 and, if selected into the program, proof of residency*, as well as copy of your child's birth certificate, will need to be received on/by 5/16/24

*Proof of home residency include: either a Lease, Deed or Mortgage document, Driver's license and 1 of the following: utility bill, recent cancelled check with pre-printed address, recent pay stub with address.
