Smart 4 Paws, Inc., operating as Find Toby in PA, is a 501(c)(3) charitable organization dedicated to reuniting lost pets with their families, not focusing on rescue. Since its founding in 2012, it has helped reunite over 26,000 pets in Central PA and the surrounding area, growing to over 127,000 followers.

We are a 100% volunteer-run organization, with volunteers managing our Facebook page and working in the field. Virtual volunteers are asked to commit 2-4 hours per week, and all volunteers may attend occasional in-person meetings in Camp Hill, PA.

All volunteers must be based in the US, ideally in Central PA, and use Facebook for communication. Some roles may require training or specific equipment, and we encourage you to complete the skills checklist and committee interest form to get involved.
