Arrive promptly at your selected time. This is a working farm so be prepared for hay, dirt, dust, mud, manure, insects, animal sounds, and odors. Dress for the weather and closed toe shoes are preferred. **NO smoking or pets allowed on the property. No restroom facilities available.** Thank you!

Hands-On Farm Visit- (Select date & time- 45 minute session) Meet horses, Q&A session, grooming, feeding, & picture with horse selected by owner. Bring your own camera/cell phone for picture. **Children ages 12 & under $10 each, Adults $20 each--Payment due on arrival (cash preferred)**

I (We) understand there are known risks that are harmful on the agricultural property. I (We) also understand that my choice to engage in activities that may not be deemed safe may result in potential injury. Therefore, I (We) understand that by entering the property stated above, I (and those listed on the form) am(are) aware of potential risks that may result in injury, illness, or death due to the hazardous conditions found to be on the property, my (our) actions, or the activities of those on the property, which is not limited to the owner(s), operator(s), or of the assignees of the Releasing Parties. After reading and understanding the listed risks, I (We) will take full responsibility for all potential risks of personal injury, death, or damage to my personal property. This includes, and is not limited to, slips, falls, bug bites, bee stings, allergies, unsafe animal interactions, and failure to adhere to the owner’s guidelines.

Any individuals that are not respectful of the farm, animals, or owner will be asked to leave immediately without refund. Young children need to be supervised at all times. This is a working farm with various animals and equipment. Dress accordingly for the weather and for being outside. After assessing my opportunity to be able to enter on to the property, I (We), along with my heirs, successors, guardians and legal representatives, will not make any claim against the stated property for personal injury, illness or death that resulted from negligence brought upon by myself or by those who are affiliated with me. Therefore, I (We) release the above stated property from all liability, losses and expenses brought upon my negligence and recklessness that may result in personal injury, illness, or death.
