The Basics
Gulf Coast MakerCon 2025 will be held at the beautiful Yuengling Draft Haus located at 11109 N 30th St in Tampa, FL.
MakerCon will provide a 10ft x 10ft space around the outdoor Yuengling putting green for both Exhibitors and Vendors! No indoor spaces. Exhibitors and Vendors must provide their own table(s), chair(s), and if desired, canopy. Canopies are strongly recommended because, hey, this is Florida! When using a canopy, Yuengling does not allow stakes in the ground (it's a popular and beautifully maintained grounds area!), but you can use weights for stabilization.
EXHIBITOR VS. VENDOR, what's the difference?
- A Vendor is any person or organization displaying and selling or promoting any organization, goods or services.
- An Exhibitor is anyone - a Maker, Creator, Inventor, Educator, Crafter, Artist, or even Performing Artist - exhibiting or displaying what they make or do, and without selling any product, goods or services. Purely optional donations may indeed be accepted by an exhibitor, but may not be overtly requested by the exhibitor.
ELECTRICITY - NO Electricity will be provided so bring your own portable power station if needed. No noisy generators!
AGREEMENTS and WAIVERS - Please read the Vendor & Exhibitor Agreement and the Code of Conduct Agreement & Liability Waiver.
