Hooray - You did it! Now it's time to celebrate! This year's All-Night Party will be better than ever with lots of activities, time with friends and of course FOOD!!! You will leave from graduation (June11th) and return to Barlow at 5am on Wednesday, June 12th. A complete list of instructions and what to bring will be sent out on June 4th to all registered students. We are so glad that you have decided to join us for one last night of making memories and celebrating all you have accomplished!

Waiver and Release of Liability
Your senior has asked to attend Sam Barlow’s graduation party event (the “event”). The purpose of the event is to provide a fun, memorable experience that celebrates the seniors’ hard work. The Barlow Booster Club is committed to keeping it safe, drug-and alcohol-free, and to ensuring that the conduct of all seniors is in keeping with this goal. As a condition of participation and in consideration of the services provided by Barlow Booster Club, the senior and parent/guardian understand and agree to the following:
RULES AND PROHIBITED ITEMS SEARCH: All seniors and their personal belongings will be inspected prior to their loading the bus heading to this event. Senior and parent/guardian will abide by the rules and directions established by the Barlow Booster Club as well as the venue itself. Any senior who is engaging in prohibited or undesirable behavior may be removed from the event, at the sole discretion of the Barlow Booster Club, whereupon the parent/guardian will be contacted and must pick up their senior from the event location immediately. No refunds will be granted. Prohibited items include, but are not limited to the following: personal water bottles or beverage containers, food, marijuana (including edibles), alcohol, vape pens, tobacco products, weapons of any kind including pocket knives or any sharp items, illegal drugs, fireworks. *
ASSUMPTION OF RISK: The senior and their parent/guardian expressly and freely accept and assume all risks relating to their voluntary participation in the event.*
RELEASE OF LIABILITY: The senior and parent/guardian agree to release and hold harmless Sam Barlow High School, its administrators, directors, agents, employee of the organization, other related clubs/affiliates such as the Barlow Booster Club members, volunteers or subsidiary sponsoring entities (collectively “Released Parties) from any and all claims, demands, losses, damages, and liabilities of any nature arising from the event, including without limitation, personal injury, including disability and death, property damage, caused or alleged to be caused in whole or in part by the negligence of the Released Parties, except where otherwise not releasable by law. *
MEDICAL RELEASE: In case of emergency, the senior and parent/guardian named below authorize any first aid or medical services to be rendered, which may be considered necessary in the event of illness or injury. Any medical costs incurred as a result of any illness or injury will be the responsibility of the senior or parent/guardian. *
