50 Hour Yin Yoga Teacher Training Application

Please fill out the application below in order to provide Inspire Hot Yoga with more information about yourself. The purpose of this application is to help us better understand you and in turn provide you with a more impactful and life changing program.

You are able to provide a non-refundable deposit to secure your spot or simply pay in full.

Please send an E-transfer with your deposit (or total amount including GST) with your application to Info@inspirehotyoga.ca

Money orders, and cash can be delivered in person. Visa and Mastercard are also accepted, with a 5% credit card fee to be assessed with all credit card payments.

Once your application is received you will be sent a Welcome Email with further information and will have a phone interview with Inspire Hot Yoga's owner, Daniel Vincent in order to answer any questions you may have.

Acceptance into the program is not guaranteed in that event, your Payment will be returned in full.

By signing I understand and agree to Inspire Hot Yogas Refund and Conduct Policy: A full refund (minus $500 registration fee) will be issued if cancellation occurs more than 14 days before program start date. No refunds within 14 days of program start date, except in cases of emergency, in which case a credit will be given for future training (space permitting). Upon beginning training 100% attendance and participation is required. Unexplained absences will be counted as withdrawing from the program and no refund will be issued. Inspire Hot Yoga reserves the right to dismiss any student from the training program if their behaviour is deemed inappropriate disruptive, or in violation of studio policies with no refund being issued. To graduate, all financial commitments must be met.*
