  • Welcome to the Online Breakfast Club Challenge!

    We’re so excited to have you join us. This challenge is all about supporting you — your health, your goals, and your journey. Everything we do here is designed to help you stay accountable, achieve real results, and truly show up for yourself. You’re not doing this alone — we’re here to coach you, cheer you on, and walk with you every step of the way.

    The challenge will be a 10 day focus. Each day you will submit your weight in the morning via the app ( you will receive the link for this in the next email) The idea of this is to help you create healthy daily habits, allowing you to become more focused on what you consume and how you feel. You will start your day with your healthy herbalife smoothie, tea and aloe. We will provide snack ideas, meal ideas, tips and inspiration and community + 1:1 support. There will be an optional detox day that you can take part in for a boost in results. 

    You will absolutely LOVE this challenge, its a first of its kind here in Australia and is helping so many people acheive amazing results in UK and globally.

  • Challenge Commitments
    To get the most out of your 10-Day Challenge, we ask that you commit to the following:

    • Weigh in daily, or at least 4 times during the 10 days
    • Post your smoothie, tea, and aloe each morning in the community group
    • Share your daily food diary so your coach can help you stay on track
    • Complete a review with your coach at the end of each 10-day lap, bringing:
      - Your 10-day results
      - Overall progress since starting
      - Updated measurements and progress photos
    • Be on a product plan (1–4) and ensure you have enough product before each new round
    • Actively participate in the group — the more you show up, the more support, momentum, and results you’ll gain! Share wins, snack ideas, encouragement — it all helps.
