WHOA DOGGIE VAN SCHEDULE:

SOUTH of The Enrichment Centre - 32 Ave NE & below

Morning Arrival: 8:00AM - 9:45AM (Select 8:00AM)

Afternoon Arrival: 12:00PM - 2:00PM (Select 12:00PM)

NORTH of The Enrichment Centre - 32 Ave NE & above

Morning Arrival: 9:45AM - 11:45AM (Select 9:45AM)

Afternoon Arrival: 2:00PM - 4:00PM (Select 2:00PM)

Pick-up & Drop-off times may vary however these are our expected arrival windows for the areas.

Exact times cannot be provided and arrival will vary within the arrival windows depending on load and route for the day.

If your dog is riding the Whoa Doggie Van both-ways, playtime at The Enrichment Centre is for 2-hours only.

If your dog is riding the Whoa Doggie Van one-way, your dog is eligible for a Full-Day of care (4+ hours) however must maintain within our usual business hours of 7:30AM-6:00PM.

We currently serve all communities NORTH of Glenmore Trail SE, some surrounding communities may be eligible.

Field Trip Pricing:

$55+GST/dog, includes transportation, $35+GST/additional dog same household.

General Policies:

All dogs riding in the Whoa Doggie van MUST complete an assessment at The Enrichment Centre prior to riding in the van.

Photos and videos may be taken of your dog during playgroup and may be used online or for marketing and promotion.

Whoa Doggie wants to ensure all dogs are enjoying themselves during the Field Trip, we reserve the right to reassess your dog for eligibility at any time and refuse participation.

You acknowledge Whoa Doggie may use leashes or kennel breaks to help manage arousal during playtime and allow them to do so at their discretion. Your dog must be wearing a quick-release collar or harness and not display any aggressive behaviors towards other dogs or staff throughout participation. Dogs being transported inside Whoa Doggie's vehicle may be loose, leashed or kenneled for safety and you allow us to do so at our discretion. The vehicle will remain on with appropriate air circulation at all times while dogs are inside.

You acknowledge that during enrichment time, Whoa Doggie may use frozen treats included but not limited to yogurt, cottage cheese, peanut butter, fruit, veggies, sardines and will be tailored to your pets needs based on the allergies outlined above.

Your dogs health and safety are of the utmost importance to us and we take extra precaution to avoid fights, injury, or illness however you acknowledge that minor cuts, scrapes, or bruises may occur due to the nature of some play, there is no guarantee a more serious injury may not occur. As well as transmittable diseases such as but not limited to kennel cough, lice, papilloma's are possible when mingling dogs.

For your dogs enjoyment and cooling purposes, Whoa Doggie may use shallow pools or sprinklers during the summer months, when appropriate. Whoa Doggie will attempt to dry your dog off prior to going home, however, you acknowledge that your dog may be released from playgroup wet from these activities.

You acknowledge that if you choose to drop off or pick up your dog but they are transported in one direction by Whoa Doggie, the price remains the same as a regular pick up/drop off.

By signing this waiver, I understand that I will be responsible for the actions of my dog that cause any damages, including but not limited to damage or injury to other dogs, people or objects while under the supervision of Whoa Doggie and the cost of said damage.
