At Rose Artistry, we have policies in place to ensure a smooth and satisfying experience for our customers. Delivery times are subject to availability and may vary, with additional fees potentially applying for specific delivery requirements. For pick-up orders, customers are expected to be punctual. However, we understand that life happens. PLEASE communicate with us and we can make the appropriate accommodations. We will allow a 30-minute grace period but encourage timely arrival to collect orders. No refunds will be issued for flower orders. Cancellations must be received within 24 hours of order confirmation to avoid forfeiture of the deposit. By placing an order with us, you agree to abide by our terms and conditions, including our refund and cancellation policies. A 50% deposit is required to confirm flower orders, with the remaining balance due upon receipt of the flowers. Upon receipt of your floral arrangements, please follow our care instructions to ensure freshness and longevity. Your satisfaction is our priority. Should you have any concerns about your floral arrangement, please contact us immediately. While we strive to provide the best quality, please understand that once the order is in your possession, Rose Artistry is not responsible for any mishaps or damages.
