This module will guide participants through a comprehensive impact assessment of E-Invoicing on their organisation's core processes.

1. Analyse the organisation’s business model, transactions, and processes.
2. Identify areas which will be impacted by E-Invoicing

 

Day 2

Module 3 - Bridging the Gap: Aligning Systems with E-Invoicing Requirements

This module explores the necessary system adjustments to facilitate a smooth transition to e-invoicing.

1. System impact assessment:  Identify areas within participants’ systems that require enhancements or changes
2. Cost-Benefit Analysis:  Analyse the cost-benefit considerations associated with different system improvement strategies.Interactive discussion:  discussion on the optimal approach for their organisation.

 

Module 4 - E-Invoicing Implementation Roadmap  

How to initiate the process of changing the organisation’s business model, transactions, and processes to integrate with e-invoicing requirements.
