By submitting this request for the D9 Serving in Jamaica consultation with Inspire and Serve, I/We affirm that all parties who will participate in the community service project do not possess a criminal record or pose any harm to children and staff of the non-profit organizations, as well as members of the Blissful Jamaica Journeys team. I/We acknowledge the Child Care and Protection Act of Jamaica. I/We understand that community service activities involve interacting with vulnerable populations. I/We agree to adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines provided by Blissful Jamaica Journeys for travel and transportation accommodations when provided, the non-profit Inspire and Serve, and the community-based organizations. I/We acknowledge the fees that begin at $250 noted on the Inspire and Serve FAQs page and agree to pay the non-refundable cost for these services. Additionally, we agree that Inspire and Serve and Blissful Jamaica Journeys reserve the right to decline participation or revoke access to the community service projects if any participant's behavior is deemed harmful or disruptive. Our commitment is to contribute positively to the communities we serve and uphold the values of integrity, respect, and accountability throughout our involvement.
