U.S. Embassy Rome is looking for young people living in Rome between the ages of 18-25 to join the Embassy’s next Youth Council. Youth Council (YC) group’s primary focus is to advise the Embassy on youth-related issues and to design and run youth-focused projects funded by the Embassy.

In order to apply, please send a maximum 3-minute video containing:   Why you would like to join the Embassy’s Youth Council. Talk about  at least one specific project idea you would like to implement as part of your membership.  You can develop your idea answering the following questions: Problem Statement (What problem you would like to tackle and why with your project? What is the aim of your project? State in one or two sentences the overall goal/s of your project and what outcome or change you expect to see); Who is your audience (remember that we are mainly targeting young people such as students, young professionals, young artists, second generation Italians etc.), Program Activities (Describe the program activities and how they will help achieve the objectives). 2) Be creative and think out of the box. Videos have to be max up to 3 minutes, longer videos will no be considered. Videos should be saved using Name and Surname.*
