By enrolling in West of Scotland Skating Academy skate camp, I herby consent and understand that myself/my child understands that while attending WSSA on and off ice classes provided he/she does so at his/her own risk. WSSA, it’s coaching team and employees shall not be liable for any damage to personal belongings during classes. Participants and parents/guardians take full responsibility for all damages or injuries occurred during training sessions. He/she does hereby fully and forever release WSSA, all associated facilities, owners from any claims, demands, damages or right of action, present or future resulting from any persons participation in any programs. In addition, he/she agrees to follow the rules set by WSSA’s code of conduct. Failure to do so may result in expulsion from participation. After payment is made no refunds will be made including all COVID-19 related circumstances.*
