Understanding of Live Oak Fees
All parents will receive an email from Live Oak with an invoice for their family fees. Please note the different payment due dates.

All fees must be paid through the invoice link sent in your email. Fees can be paid with an ACH draft or a credit card. Checks can be accepted, but we ask for no cash.

Late payments will be charged an additional $10 per payment.

Financial Assistance: If your family wants to participate in Live Oak, but the financial needs make it impossible, we offer scholarship opportunities. Please email us for more information at liveoakcottageschool@hisglorycompany.com

Fees associated with Live Oak are as follows:

TUITION (to be paid by June 1):

- No Tuition if the parent is tutoring two or more classes
- $120 per child if the parent is a room parent
- $350 per child if the parent is neither a tutor nor a room parent

GENERAL FEES ARE AS FOLLOWS:
- REGISTRATION (due May 15)- $30 per child with a max of $75 per family
- SUPPLY FEES (due June 15)- $75 per child
- BUILDING/INSURANCE FEES (due August 15)- $85 per family
