All parents will receive an email from Live Oak with an invoice for their family fees. Please note the different payment due dates.
All fees must be paid through the invoice link sent in your email. Fees can be paid with an ACH draft or a credit card. We ask for no checks or cash if possible.
General Fees for All Families
In addition to tuition (if required), all families must pay:
- Registration Fee (Due May 15) - $35 per child
- Supply Fee (Due July 1) - $75 per child
- Building/Insurance Fee (Due August 1) - $85 per family
Tuition Options Based on Participation (Tuition due July 1)
$350 Tuition – Standard Level
For families who are not tutoring or room parenting but can help behind the scenes.
- You’ll take on 2–3 admin roles (examples might be helping with events, communications, etc.).
- If no parent will be on campus, board approval is required.
$150 Tuition – Participatory Level
For parents who are able to be actively involved on campus.
- You’re either tutoring one class OR serving as a room parent all day.
- You’ll also help with 1–2 admin roles.
- You’ll be present on campus with your child.
Upper Grades (Partial Day Students)
If your child is only attending some upper-grade classes, you’ll either:
- Participate as a tutor or room parent, OR
- Pay tuition based on how many classes your child is attending. We’ll talk through the best option with you during registration.
No Tuition – Two Class Tutor
For parents who will tutor a minimum of two classes, their tuition is waived.
- You must fulfill all tutoring responsibilities as assigned and stay on campus during your teaching commitment.
- You’ll also help with at least 1–2 admin roles.
Payment Policy
We do our best to work with families when it comes to payments.

Late fees of $10/month apply unless a payment plan has already been approved.
Families must be up to date on payments before registering for the next year.
