Under 16 years
Submarine Art Limited aims to provide a safe and enjoyable experience for every child or young person.

To help us do this, please note the following important information.
- All questions on the consent form must be completed and signed by the parent or carer before
  any child takes part.
- Parents and carers must ensure they notify us of any changes to the information given on the
  form.
- We cannot take responsibility for any damaged clothing and/or personal items during the
  activity.

- Parents and carers should ensure children have sufficient water, food, clothing, sun lotion and medication (where appropriate) for the duration of the activity.
- I understand that my child needs to follow the behaviour code and any safety rules so that Submarine Art Limited can keep them and other children safe.
Equipment + Materials in the following classes may include:
Graphic Art
iPads, pencils, drawing pens, acrylic paint and pens, paper and card, scissors for stencilling, water based spray paints (under supervision), occasional sculpture materials such as glue guns, clay, plaster and pva glue. Under 16's are not permitted to use craft knives.

Game Design
We will be working with iPads mainly but also using pens, pencil, acrylic paint pens, card, glue and paint.

Wednesday Art Club
Acrylic Paint, watercolour, charcoal, pencil, ink, chalk, oil pastels, pva glue, non toxic water based spray paints (under supervision), paper and card, plaster, clay. iPads.

Friday Art Club
Acrylic Paint, watercolour, charcoal, pencil, ink, chalk, oil pastels, clay, various fabrics, pva glue, modelling wire, plaster of Paris and iPads.

Sewing + Textiles
Please note: Students will be using a sewing machine, scissors, needle + thread, pins, fabric paint, they will be handling various fabrics and textiles.

Street Art + Pop Art
Scissors, cardboard, pva glue, wood, plaster, acrylic paint, Gesso primer, grout, varnish, acrylic paint pens, drawing pens, pencils. Non toxic water based spray paints will be used but all students will wear face masks and goggles and be supervised at all times. Under 16's are not permitted to use craft knives.

Sculpture + Model-making
We will be working with clay, paper, card, cardboard, pva glue, paper mache mix, plaster, rulers, scissors, compasses, set squares, drawing pens, pencils, masking tape, modelling wire and non toxic water based spray paints (under supervision)
Under 16's are not permitted to use craft knives.

Lego Animation Workshop
We will be handling lego, using fine threads, pencils, pens, paper, card + working with iPads and lights.

Animation
We will be working with modelling clay, lego, paper, pens, card, acrylic paint, scissors, green screen sets, lighting, iPads and software and cameras.

Magazine Club
Drawing materials including pencils, acrylic paint pens, drawing pens, rulers, scissors, paper and card, iPads, acrylic paint, charcoal, pva glue, colour pencils.
