Feedback Team Volunteer Application

We're looking for volunteer individuals who are interested in providing ongoing feedback on materials and resources that The SOAR Initiative creates. We need feedback from individuals who use/have used drugs as well as their loved ones. We hope to ensure that materials we share with the community are tactful, non-stigmatizing, beneficial and trust-building. We aim to build a small team of about 20 people. If we receive more than 20 responses, some volunteers may be turned down.

By signing up below, you consent to receiving surveys via email and/or text to gather your insight. Some of these surveys may provide compensation for your time and thoughts via email. These surveys will be sent on an irregular basis.
