    TEXAS FLYNN FEST VENDOR RULES & GUIDELINES

     

    Texas Flynn Fest Details & Vendor Schedule - Spring, TX

    • Vendors must pay $150 to secure their spots.
    • Vendors will receive two General Admission tickets included in their registration.
    • Vendors must arrive at 3:00pm and be completely set up by 4:00pm.
    • Vendors will receive event location upon application approval & submission of fee.
    • Vendors will close shop by 7:15pm to be ready for the movie premiere at 7:30pm.
    • Vendors must stay until the event ends at 10:45pm.

     

    1. Application and Fees

    • All vendors must submit a completed application form by the specified deadline.
    • Payment is required at the time of registration. If, for some reason, your application cannot be accepted, you will be promptly issued a full refund.

    2. Booth Setup

    • Vendors must provide their own tables, chairs, and other display materials unless otherwise specified.
    • Booths must be set up by the specified time on the day of the event and taken down promptly at the end of the event.
    • Vendors are responsible for leaving their booth area clean and free of debris.

     

    3. Products and Services

    • Display of products must be showcased in a neat and professional manner at all times.
    • The sale of counterfeit or illegal items is strictly prohibited.
    • Vendors are responsible for complying with all local, state, and federal laws and regulations pertaining to their products or services.

     

    4. Conduct

    • Vendors must conduct themselves in a professional and courteous manner at all times.
    • Any vendor found to be in violation of the rules and guidelines may be asked to leave the event without a refund of their booth fee.

     

    5. Insurance and Liability

    • Vendors are required to have liability insurance covering their participation in the event.
    • The vendor agrees to hold harmless the event organizer, venue, and their respective agents and employees from any and all liability, claims, and damages.

     

    6. Health and Safety

    • Vendors selling or handling food must comply with all applicable health and safety regulations.
    • Vendors must take necessary precautions to ensure the safety of their products or services.

     

    7. Weather and Cancellation

    • The event will take place rain or shine. No refunds will be given due to weather conditions.
    • If the event is canceled by the organizer for any reason, a refund or credit for a future event will be provided to the vendor.
