Registration Fee
A non-refundable registration fee of $400 per person is due with this application. This amount will be deducted from your total tour fare at the time of final payment. Final payment for each trip is due on or before the noted dates listed for each trip.
Tour Operator
Spot on Trips only works with proven, reputable tour operators. You will receive an invoice directly from the tour operator to process your final payment.
Tip Fee
There is a $55 tip fee per passenger due once you begin the actual tour in the country. This fee covers the guides and drivers.
Liability Waiver
The tour operator requires each passenger to sign a liability waiver prior to the trip. Please fill this form out online where shown when registering.
Trip Cancellations
If you need to cancel your trip after the final payment date, you will incure a loss of USD $500 on top of the $400 registration fee. If you cancel prior to the final payment date, you will receive a full refund (minus the USD $400 registration fee).
Passports
Securing or updating a passport is your responsibility. Passports must be valid 6 months past the travel date. If you currently do not have a passport, you can email a copy of it to us later as long as it's 30 days prior to the departure date. Our email address is info@spotontrips.com.
Visa
U.S. and Canadian residents do not need to submit a Visa application for these trips.
Room Details
When making your reservation, please note that a single supplemental room fee is required if you wish to have a private room. If this fee is not paid, you will be paired with another solo traveler of the same gender.
