Whereas: ART is conducting an online auction, Art4ART, from Jun 10-12, 2024 online (hereinafter referred to as The Event) and the Artist is skilled in producing items of artistic value.

Therefore, the parties agree:

The Artist will email a brief typed biography along with picture(s) of the item(s) to be included on The Event’s auction site to kristen@artcoop.ca no later than May 27, 2024.

The Artist would like the buyer to contact them directly to arrange pick-up/delivery of the item(s) directly after the close of the Event.The Artist will arrange to have the item(s) in ART's possession by June 1, 2024, and ART will be responsible for ensuring the item(s) are delivered to the buyer(s).

It is the intention of ART to display pictures of the item(s) and auction them online during The Event in accordance with this agreement.

ART may use pictures of the item(s) and/or The Artist’s picture/bio for promotion of The Event on their website and social media platforms.

Except for instances of gross negligence, ART shall not be responsible for any loss or damage suffered by the item(s), whether loss or damage shall result from fire, weather, accident, or theft.

ART will ensure unsold item(s) are returned to the The Artist at the close of the Event.
