Generally, new guests are able to be seen within 2-3 weeks of appointment submission request, but guests with limited availability may have to wait up to 12 weeks to be seen.

After reviewing your form, I will be in touch within 24 hours if it falls during my work week which is Tuesday-Saturday, 9-5. All requests received Saturday after 5 through Monday will be responded to on Tuesday. If you've already booked online, I will either confirm the booking or suggest any modifications. If you haven't booked anything yet, I will recommend the best service(s) to begin with.
