Returning to Biloxi, MS-October 9-11, 2025, Vicari Auction will come together with the Mississippi Coast Coliseum and Convention Center to be part of the Cruisin' the Coast event. Over 500 collector cars and memorabilia are expected to cross the auction block during the Thursday, Friday and Saturday auction. Auction Schedule:
- Check-In:
  Oct. 8, 1 p.m. - 5 p.m.
  Oct. 9, 9 a.m. - 6 p.m.
- Gates Open: 8:30 a.m Thursday, Friday and Saturday
- Auction Begins:
  Collectibles: 10 a.m.
  Vehicles: 11 a.m.
Registration:
- Express/Pre-Registration: 9/22/25
- On-site Registration Begins: 10/7/25
Seller Commissions:
- With Reserve: 10%
- No Reserve: 6%
- Collectibles: 20%
Complete the following, if completed by Sept. 22, 2025, you will qualify for Express/Pre-Registration and your folder will be located at Gate Check-In.

High Quality photos are required at time of position request for primetime and feature automobiles to secure those spots, we cannot guarantee these spots without a photo. Please submit photos for all known vehicles (please review photo guide attached). All vehicle changes will be charged a $100 fee.

Please provide as much information as possible such as power windows, AC, kits, automatic/manual transmission, restoration info (attach photos below, if available), last service date, etc.

Photo Guidelines
- Use highest resolution for your phone or camera.
- Export/email your photos as original size.
- Provide photos free of distractive backgrounds, trash, people and pets.
- Do use "scenic" backgrounds and get ENTIRE vehicle in the photo.
- Leave space around car for our staff to crop to the size for our website.
- Hold camera/phone in HORIZONTAL position at all times.
- DO NOT edit photos, our staff will properly Photoshop out license plates, oil stains, etc. from image.

All angles of exterior, interior door, dash, front seats, back seats, trunk, engine, undercarriage, details. Minimum six (6) photos, maximum 25 photos. Video can be starting vehicle, engine running, walk around, driving. If dealership, make sure dealership signage is not in video. ONLY one (1) video per lot.

Vehicle Acknowledgement

It is acknowledged that my vehicle meets the requirements listed below when checked-in. It is further understood, that if any of the requirements are not met there will be a charge for the related deficiencies as the fee scheduled listed below.
1. Vehicle has at least 1/8 tank, but no more than 1/4 tank of fuel.
  (Lack of fuel or too much fuel is an additional $50 charge)
2. Vehicle's battery is fully charged.
  (Weak or dead battery is an additional $80 charge)
3. Vehicle's brakes are in working order.
  (Weak or no brakes is an additional $150 charge to push/pull vehicle)
4. Vehicle's tires hold air.
  (Flat or low tires is an additional $300 charge to push/pull vehicle)
5. Vicari Auction Reserves the right to sell vehicle in place if they determine that moving the vehicle has become too laborious.
Auction Acknowledgement

Auction Position(s) will not be confirmed until payment(s) are received. If Vicari Auction has not received payment with 2 weeks of Reserving your lot number, you will run the risk of losing that lot to someone else. Lot numbers are not guaranteed.

No checks or titles will be given at auction. Please allow 15 Business Days (Monday-Friday) after auction to receive titles/payments.
