This is a material estimate based on information supplied by the contractor.
Contractor is responsible to have safety perimeters.
Contractor is responsible for determining building measurements.
Pavers and penetrations are included. Contractors are responsible to remove pavers. D&M can remove for an additional charge.
The Roofing Contractor should assume that during the rock removal process holes will be uncovered and created. D&M will use temporary product to patch holes and cuts, but ultimately the Roofing Contractor assumes all responsibility for patching holes and always keeping a watertight roof.
Roofing Contractor is responsible for a Crane or Lift if the roof is over 20' in height.
There may be mobilization fees for additional trips and set ups.
Roofing Contractor will be responsible for all permits.
There will be a $30 per square extra charge for ballasted roofs with felt if not disclosed when bidding.
The contractor will be responsible for any protection of the ground, and any potential damage for any parking off of asphalt for vacuuming.
If the job has unforeseen obstacles, or more than normal rock, change orders may occur.
Weekend and holiday work may incur extra costs.
Extra time due to waiting for crane, dumpsters, safety, etc may incur extra costs.
The contractor is responsible to remove piles or rows of rock for weight. Rock can be removed for extra charges.
Sales tax may not be included and quote is good for 30 days.
