2025-2026 SIPA Media Evaluation Entry Form

Instructions

To receive an evaluation, your program must be a member of SIPA. Membership is by school year. 2025-26 Membership form.

Evaluations of literary-arts magazines, newspapers, news magazines and yearbooks require copies of the physical media to be mailed or delivered to our office: SIPA, SJMC/USC, 800 Sumter Street, Columbia, SC, 29208. They may be postmarked by the dates below.

Deadlines:

Literary-Arts Magazine - One physical copy of the magazine, mailed or delivered to our office. Deadline/postmark deadline, June 15, 2026

Yearbook - One physical copy of the book, mailed or delivered to our office. Deadline/postmark deadline, June 15, 2026

Online - December 15, 2025 - Link to your site

Broadcast - December 15, 2025 - Links to two shows, no more than 20 minutes

Newspaper or Newsmagazine - Two physical issues, mailed or delivered to our office. Deadline/postmark deadline, December 15, 2025
