RELEASE, INDEMNITY AND HOLD HARMLESS AGREEMENT
The undersigned guest or visitor of The Yards at Amelia, LLC desires to enter the property for pleasure and enjoyment of the Premises and its facilities and participate in Pickleball

Open Play (the “Open Play”) at the Premises. The undersigned acknowledges that participating in Open Play may result in injury.

The undersigned in consideration of the use the premises and facilities owned and controlled by The Yards at Amelia, LLC and in order to participate in Open Play at the

Premises does hereby knowingly, freely, and voluntarily waive any right or cause of action of whatever kind or nature against The Yards at Amelia, LLC, Black Box Entertainment

Group, LLC, and Prestige 7551, LLC their respective officers, agents, employees, and contractors arising out of any claim whatsoever which results from any injury to body, life, limb, or property of the undersigned that results from participating in Open Play.

Further, the undersigned shall save, hold harmless, and indemnify The Yards at Amelia, LLC, Black Box Entertainment Group, LLC, and Prestige 7551, LLC, their respective officers, agents, employees, and contractors from and against all judgments, orders, decrees, attorney’s fees, costs, expenses, and liabilities the undersigned may suffer arising from or out of any such claim, investigation or defense thereof which may be entered, incurred, or assessed against the undersigned as a result of the foregoing.
