    Parent and Student have read the MNHS Band Handbook and agree to abide by the policies stated. I realize that failure to follow policies or directions will result in disciplinary action that could lead to dismissal from the Band/Guard.

  • MNHS Band Calendar

    We have noted all events on the Band Calendar for the 2025-2026 school year. We understand what is mandatory for our child and will ensure that our child is present at such events, barring unforeseen circumstances.

  • Social Media/Website Photo Release

    Throughout the year opportunities arise for us to publish a students photo and name on our website or social media. I give my permission for my child's picture and/or name to appear on the MNHS Band website and/or Social Media platforms.

  • Financial Obligations

     

    MNHS Band Fees for the 2025-2026 school year will be:

    $850 - Marching Band Fee for ALL Band and Fall Color Guard Students

    $100 - Concert Band Fee for Band Students Only (does not pertain to ColorGuard only students)  

    $100 - Jazz Band Fee 

    $150 - Meal Plan (Optional but MUST be paid by August 1st)

    In addition to the band fee, there will be other student specific items that are the responsibility of the student/parents to be purchased separately.

    Financial assistance, or extended payment schedule may be offered on a case by case basis. Please contact a director if you need assistance.

    Payment Schedule

    Payment 1: Due at Registration 

    • $250 - Non refundundable deposit due (ALL STUDENTS), plus additional items as needed (ie,Polos/hats/shoes)

    Payment 2: June 1 - $250 - ALL STUDENTS 

    Payment 3: July 1 - $250 - ALL STUDENTS

    Payment 4: August 1st - $100 - ALL STUDENTS

     Additional fees such as Concert Band, Jazz Band, polos, hats, gloves, etc, will all be billed at the same time.

    **Band Fee Invoices will be sent to Parent/Guardian 1 Email listed above.

     

     

  • PAYMENT AND FEES

  • Cash or Check can be turned into our Band Booster Treasurer in the Lobby. If you continue to make payments with Cash/Check, they can be submitted in an envelope with your students name on it to a Director

    Checks should be made out to MNHS Band Boosters. *Please include Students Name on check
