2026 CSA AGREEMENT: Please register me as a member of Earth Haven Farm's Community Supported Agriculture Program (CSA) for the upcoming growing season of 2025. In joining the CSA, I agree to share in the fluctuations and variations inherent in farming and understand that my certified produce will be grown with sound, sustainable and organic farming practices. I understand that farming is a seasonal and unpredictable undertaking, and the exact selections and quantities included in the weekly distribution will change as the season progresses. I realize that natural conditions of weather may influence the availability of some crops in any given year.

I agree to pick up produce at the agreed upon place and time. If produce is not picked up and prior arrangements have not been made, I understand that weeks' share will be forfeit. I will make prior arrangements for vacation dates at least one week in advance. I understand that the farmers reserve the right, based on availability, to determine the possibility for make-up dates, or that I may donate my share for that week to a food-relief organization of our choice. I may also make arrangements for a friend to pick up my share in my absence.

If I opt for on-farm pickup, I agree to respect the property and livestock of the farmer. I will not bring dogs to the farms, and if I bring children, they will be supervised. I will park in designated areas. I will call ahead of time before making any visits to the farm outside of the scheduled pick up days.

I understand that variety of produce received depends on growing conditions that vary from season to season and that the risks and benefits of the harvest are shared. I understand that the farmers will use all the expertise and tools at their disposal to provide me with the agreed-upon length of harvest and to minimize the challenges of weather, pests or plant disease, but in the event that forces of nature reduce or destroy a crop I will accept this with understanding. I agree to pay for the year's produce in advance, understand that non-payment of any instalments will not result in a refund, and will result in forfeiture of any unpaid harvest weeks.
