Wild Hope Kitchen Cake Inquiry Form

Thanks for choosing Wild Hope Kitchen! My name is Alaina Prichard and I am a 28 year old baker located in Novato! I bake out of a cottage food kitchen and can’t wait to make you a cake for your special day! All of my cakes are made from scratch and are decorated with a vanilla buttercream. Please read my brand policies below before submitting your order.

note: I do not make fondant cakes and limit my fondant decorations for cakes. Please do not request these styles.

Brand Policies:

I require 72 hour notice for all cake orders- late orders are subject to rush order fee of $15.
NO DEPOSIT = NO CAKE
I do not offer fondant cakes and limit my fondant decorations. I specialize in buttercream cakes and vintage style cakes.

I offer pick ups Thursday-Saturday. Deliveries are only offered Fridays and Saturdays.
Cakes NEED to be refrigerated after pick up until about 2 hours before serving. They can stay in the fridge for about 3 days after pick up date.
Once you submit an order, I will reach out via text or instagram within 48 hours with order confirmation and quote.
Once order is confirmed, a 20% deposit is required and remaining payment is due PRIOR to pick up or delivery.
All cancellations less than 72 hours before pick up time will not receive their deposit back.
Day of cancellations do not receive a refund of both the deposit and final payment.

Note from the baker: I love inspo pictures to get an idea of what you're wanting but I will not directly copy a cake. I love to add my own style to every cake so keep that in mind if you are looking for a very specific style of cake. I try my best to make a cake as similar as possible to your inspo while also adding my own vibe.
