Booth Space: Outside spaces are approximately 10'x10'. Tents are required for outside vendors and must be stabilized. No electricity will be provided.
Agreement

I Understand and Agree that The Butts County Recreation Center, City of Jackson, nor Butts County is in no way responsible for my equipment and good or any person or persons accompanying my exhibit during any part of the Unite 2 Fight event. I agree that all my items are subject to review and approval for quality and appropriateness of a family event. By signing this form, I do agree to all terms and conditions stated above. The undersigned also agrees to defend and hold The Butts County Recreation Center, Butts County, and the City of Jackson, all their officers, committee members, agents, sponsors, and venue property owners harmless from all injuries, loss, cost, claims, or damages to any person or property arising from, related to, or and in any way connected with Butts County Recreation Center, Butts County, City of Jackson, or Unite 2 Fight event. Butts County and or The City of Jackson has my permission to have medical personnel treat me, if needed in an emergency during my participation in this event.
