  • If you choose an economy airline like Southwest, Spirit, or Frontier, please be aware that while the fares may be lower, they often come with additional restrictions and extra fees.

    Southwest: While Southwest allows two free checked bags, Basic Economy passengers may face limitations on seat selection and early boarding. Fees may also apply for early check-in or upgrades.


    Spirit: Spirit is known for charging fees for nearly everything beyond the base fare, including carry-on bags, seat selection, and even refreshments. Be prepared for potentially high additional costs for these services.


    Frontier: Frontier offers a low-cost Basic Economy fare, but it only includes one personal item (fees apply for carry-ons). There are also charges for seat selection and higher fees for changes or refunds.

    There is a $50 non-refundable fee that is required before any vacation research or booking services will begin. This fee is required to be paid prior to the initiation of any trip planning or quote generation.

I understand that my deposit, if trip is booked, is non-refunable and other cancellation penalties will apply depending on the cancel date. I understand that all monies must be paid by the final payment date, if my balance is left unpaid, my booking will be canceled and is non-refundable.

    *If travel insurance is purchased, it may cover any non-refundable fees depending on Coverage and Cancellation Policy, minus the cost of Travel Insurance. For this reason, purchasing travel insurance is highly recommended.
