for each event day. The participant agrees to remain setup till the end of the event. Any lights shall bear a UL tag or label indicating minimum fire and electrical safety standards. For OUTDOOR vendors with significant electricity needs, you need to bring your OWN generator.

Set-up Rules and Procedures:
Set-up starts at 10:00 AM on the event day. Vehicles will be allowed to park in front of the building only during unloading and loading time. All vehicles must be moved from the front of the building by 10:30 AM and parked in the further parking spots. Vendor booths must be set up, staffed, and ready to operate by 11:00 AM.
Payments:
Payments are accepted via one of these options upon signing up and submitting your registration. No space will be reserved if payment not received an email will be sent with the final confirmation.

Tear-Down Rules:
Tear down initiation should start at following times for vendors that selected only one day.
Friday December 13th, 2024, 11:00 PM
Saturday December 14th, 2024, 10:00 PM
Sunday December 15th, 2024, 7:00 PM
For loading and unloading, vehicles can park back in the front closer to the bazaar entrance after the desgnatied time.
Code of Conduct:
Vendors are expected to be courteous and respectful. Violation of the code of conduct will result in expulsion and possible loss of privileges from the event without a refund of fees or compensation. In addition, future vending privileges may be pulled, voided, and excluded from vending at future events.
Damages and repairs:
Damages caused by the vendor or their staff will be repaired at the rate of their own cost.
Presentation and Cleanup:
Each vendoor is responsible to maintain an aesthetically pleasing, clean and neat work area. Vendors must thoroughly clean designated area upon closing time. Failure to do so will result in $50 fine and may result in forfeiting from future events.
Vendors need to clean there space before they leave the venue.
Vendor Responsiblities:
Vendor agrees the Surdawi Bazzar and the rented venue shall not be held liable for failure to carry out the event due to fire, electrical failure, an act of God, national emergencies, governmental actions or regulations, pandemic, or any other condition beyond reasonable control. Vendor agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold the Surdawia and the rented venue, its building owners, board members, and employees harmless of and from any liabilities, costs, penalties, or expenses arising out of and/or resulting from the rental and use of the premises.
Display Guidelines:
Vendors may hang banners, signs, and other displays within the assigned booth premises, without touching or penetrating or marking walls. Banners and signs placed outside or in front of the booth will be removed. Displays MUST fit within your 8’x5’ booth space. Safety is priority, any extension cords, wires, or any other objects should be covered to protect the safety of the visitors and the flow of traffic. Hanged objects placed carefully and safely to avoid injury. Corners and edges should be covered and safely protected. The organizing team reserves the right to remove items that are believed to be unsafe or may cause distribution during the event.
