ICT & Accounting Applicants
I understand that completion of the Professional Year Program does not guarantee permanent residency in Australia and such decisions are at the discretion of the DHA alone.
As the Professional Year Program is linked closely to the Department of Home Affairs and Skilled Migration, itis paramount that providers adequately vet and manage all student visa documentation prior to PY Program enrolment and commencement. PY providers are to ensure applicant onshore status and visa requirements are met.
I understand that QIBA are required to perform VEVO checks prior to and during Professional Year delivery and I allow them permission to do so.
I declare I have read the above Terms and Conditions and completely understand my obligations.
