TKO is a competitive dance team directed by Tionne Warren (Coach Tee). TKO uses music and structured creative learning to teach students the basic vocabulary of dance, while fostering personal growth skills like self-confidence, focus, excellence, and determination. TKO Dance Co strives in majorette , ballet, jazz, lyrical, liturgical and hbcu style dancing. Dancing is a joyful, fun, and low-stress way to stay fit, feel strong, expressive, and healthy! We can’t wait to see you Saturday June 1st at 11am!

Liability / Acknowledgment of Risk / Photo & Video Release

Please read carefully and sign below in order to participate in TKO Dance Company .

I understand and agree that participating in any TKO tryouts , or workshop, is a possibility of physical injury. I agree to release and hold harmless TKO Dance Company , including its teachers, dancers, staff members, from any cause of action, claims, or demands now and in the future. I will not hold TKO Dance Company liable for any personal injury or any personal property damage, which may occur on the premises before, during, or after classes. Furthermore, I understand that I should be aware of my and/or my child’s physical limitations and agree not to exceed them. I am signing this waiver for myself and/or my child, I certify that I am over 18 years of age or the parent or legal guardian and have the right to waive these rights. Further, I authorize and agree that TKO Dance Company may record the class instructors & dancers ONLY for purposes of record-keeping, marketing, and instructor/content assessment and understand that TKO Dance Company will never record my child’s image.

You also agree that you are responsible for health and accident insurance and any medical costs incurred due to injury. You give permission for emergency medical transportation and treatment of your student(s) at your expense should the need arise. You also give your permission for the public display of any studio visual images that your child may appear in.
