An appeal is a request for a decision made about you to be changed or overturned.
This form should be completed if you wish to submit a formal appeal to Sunshine Coast international College (SCIC)
You are encouraged to include additional documentation to support your appeal, if possible.
Information about how appeals are managed can be found in SCIC's Complaints & Appeals Policy & Procedure available at

SCIC will normally finalise an appeal application within 21 days from the date we receive if from you. If it takes longer, we
will notify you and give you reasons for the delay in finalising your appeal.
