In order to instruct our partners, Harcus Parker, to act for you in the Whistletree Mortgage Prisoners Litigation, you must first agree to their engagement letter. You can do so electronically, by signing the box at the end of this page.

Click here to review the engagement letter. It details a number of schedules, including Harcus Parker's Provacy Notice, a ‘litigation management agreement’ and a ‘damages-based agreement’. It's important this is read in full.

Taken together, these documents create a ‘no-win, no-fee’ arrangement, under which you agree to pay Harcus Parker 35% of any damages you receive if your claim succeeds, plus VAT. Upon success you will also be required to pay a proportionate share of certain third-party costs (such as the cost of experts) incurred by Harcus Parker in bringing your claim.

If you do not win, you do not pay a penny as long as you adhere to the terms set out by Harcus Parker.
