Entry fees are non-refundable unless under certain circumstances decided upon by the director. Any issues relating to the event involving judges, staff, contestants or audience members are to be spoken with to the director via messenger or email once the event has concluded. Age groups are final once they are posted in our contestants Facebook group and we do not accept any late entrants after the age groups have been listed online. Bad sportsmanship or any kind of aggressive behaviour will not be tolerated before, during or after an Iconic Beauty event and can result in contestants and family members being banned from entering any future events.*
